Introduction
The KL99-EEBD is designed and manufactured according to the International Fire-Fighting Safety System Rules, which was passed by the MSC.98 (73) Resolution of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and became a compulsory and obligatory requirement on 1 of July 2002.
Application
The KL99-EEBD provides a constant flow of fresh air for personal emergency escape from dangerous environments full of poisonous harmful gases, smoke, or lack of oxygen. It is applicable to firefighting and entering oxygen deficient voids or tanks.
The KL99-EEBD consists of a carbon fibre cylinder, a full face mask, an air supply valve, gas ducts and a polybag. It can provide 10-15 minutes of constant air for emergency escape.
Key Features:
1. This equipment is used for emergency escape from seriously polluted or oxygen-deficient areas;
2. The cylinder is equipped with a pressure gauge. When the cylinder valve is turned off, the user still can read the pressure data of the cylinder;
3. Supply mode: stable airflow to mask or hood;
4. Gas supply time: not less than 10 minutes;
5. For type: it is equipped with a 100% silicone full face mask and demand valve, which can cover the whole face and provide a broad vision;

1. KL99 Carbon Fiber Composite Cylinder
(1) Carbon fibre cylinder has the advantages of high strength, lightweight, corrosion-resistant and anti-shocking.
(2) Carbon fibre composite cylinder, interlayer, is made of high-intensity aluminium alloy fully wrapped with carbon fiber composite. The glass fiber surface screw is M18*1.5.

2. KL99-A01 full mask
(1) Three dimensions spherical visor. The visual field can reach 91%. The lens has been reinforced and anti-fog processed thus can be without fog on the surface for a long time.
(2) Fit for people's face, comfortable donning and good tightness.
(3) Plug-in structure for quick connection with a demand valve.
(4) The leak-tight mask is made of high-quality flame-resistant silicon rubber, and the oronasal cover is made of top-grade silicon rubber, soft and high temperature resistant.
(5) The flame-resistant reticulated hood and strap are easy to wear.
(6) Equipped with a high-intensity sound transmission diaphragm.
(7) Thr oronasal guard can decrease the possibility of inhaling carbon dioxide.
3. KL99-A05 air supply valve
(1) The demand valve with a small size can be inserted into the mask in 360° promptly. The air supply capacity is above 500 L/min.

4. Gas cylinder and cylinder valve
The Y-shape design, with a safe self-lock device, prevents inadvertent closing due to hard knock or incorrect operation. Unscrew the switch handwheel by rotating in the counterclockwise direction, it is regarded as the open condition and close vice versa. There is a safety diaphragm set in cylinder valve, with explosion pressure at (37-45) MPa to prevent the deformation and explosion of the cylinder due to inner high pressure.
