The SABA is engineered to be versatile, comfortable, and cost-effective, delivering a streamlined design for industrial airline systems. It integrates the first-stage pressure reducer and cylinder valve into a single compact assembly—minimizing bulk and snag hazards, which is ideal for use in confined hazardous spaces or toxic atmospheres.


Components Overview – Revised Structure

1. Full-Face Mask (A01)

  • A molded flame-resistant silicone mask designed for ergonomic wear.

  • Features a spherical, anti-fog visor that provides up to 91% field of view for enhanced situational visibility.

  • Offers a snug fit with excellent sealing and easy donning.

  • Employs a plug-in connector for quick fixation to the demand valve.

  • Includes high-durability, high-heat-resistant silicone around the oronasal area and flame-retardant hood and straps.

  • Equipped with a sound-transmitting diaphragm to aid communication and an oronasal guard to reduce CO₂ buildup.

2. Air Supply Valve (A02)

  • A compact demand valve enabling rapid, 360° mask connection.

  • Delivers airflow above 500 L/min with minimal inhalation resistance.

  • Streamlined to avoid impeding sight lines.

  • Features an easy-to-operate manual shutoff, low resistance for breathing, and a flame-retardant exterior made of high-strength engineering plastic.

3. Harness Assembly (A03)

  • Crafted from high-spec nylon or kevlar blends with exceptional mechanical strength, fatigue resistance, and toughness.

  • Ergonomically contoured to distribute weight evenly and conform to the user's body for enhanced comfort during extended wear.

4. Tube Assembly (A04)

  • Includes high-seal quick-disconnect couplings for secure, efficient use.

  • Built with a durable high-quality breathing tube.

  • Incorporates a combined switch valve and distress whistle in-line to reduce overall system weight.

5. Cylinder Valve with Gauge (A05)

  • Merges cylinder valve and pressure gauge into one unit for real-time trend monitoring and safety during emergencies.

  • PG-S pressure gauge model ensures readability of pressure in low-light or turbulent environments.

6. Carbon-Fiber Composite Cylinder (A06)

  • Constructed with a lightweight aluminum liner wrapped in high-strength carbon fiber for resilience, corrosion resistance, and shock absorption.

  • Cylinder uses standard threads (e.g., M18 × 1.5) for universal compatibility.

7. Optional Extension Hose (A07)

  • High-grade extension hose designed to facilitate flexible and secure connection with supplied-air respirators.
